It is recommended by manufacturers that spas be drained, cleaned and refilled every three to six months. If the spa is utilized by multiple families, as in rental properties, service should happen more frequently.

Hot Tub Scheduled Maintenance (20 Minutes)

Two Spa Services (Bi-Weekly) - $90.00/ Month

Four Spa Services (Weekly) - $180.00/ Month

House Check + Spa Maintenance (30 Minutes)

Two Spa & Two House Checks (Bi-Weekly) - $120.00/ Month

Four Spa & Four House Checks (Bi-Weekly) - $240.00 / Month.

Spa Filter Cleaning + Sanitizing

First Filter - $20.00

Additional Filters after First - $5.00/ Per

Drain + Clean + Refill (60 Minutes)

Includes all steps for spa check - starts at $150.

Additional time will be charged at $60 per hour, past the first hour. Extra time may be due to oversized hot tubs, poor water pressure, hard-to-access water sources, or a clean that requires special attention.

Emergency Drain and Clean - starts at $200

Extra Time Charge

Additional time necessary to meet maintenance standards - $65.00/ Hour

Snow Removal

Snow removal of tub cover, around tub and access paths - $90.00/ hour

Repairs + Diagnostic

Repairs & diagnostic addressed during routine service - $110.00/ Hour

Diagnostic Service Call- $150.00 minimum includes the first hour; $110 per hour following the first
