It is recommended by manufacturers that spas be drained, cleaned and refilled every three to six months. If the spa is utilized by multiple families, as in rental properties, service should happen more frequently.

Hot Tub Scheduled Maintenance (20 Minutes)

Includes all steps for spa check - starts at $150.

Additional time will be charged at $75 per hour, past the first hour. Extra time may be due to oversized hot tubs, poor water pressure, hard-to-access water sources, or a clean that requires special attention.

Emergency Drain and Clean and Refill

$75 per hour/5 mins increments

Snow Removal

Includes tub cover, around the tub and path to access tub

Repairs & diagnostic addressed during routine service - $125/hour

Diagnostic Service Call- $175 includes the first hour; $125/hour following the first

Rental Change Over

Spa service to homes on short-term rental agreements.
